1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Zovu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zovu. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zovu to harass, threaten, or harm other users, to post false or misleading information, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By uploading photos or information, you grant Zovu a license to display that content within the app.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zovu is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the actions of other users or for any outcomes from meetings arranged through the app. Always meet in public places and prioritize your safety.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zovu after changes means you accept the updated terms.

1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide when signing up: name, age, gender, email address, and optional profile photo. We also store the events you join and your notification preferences.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate the app, match you with other attendees at events, send notifications you opt into, and improve the service.
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the app (e.g. Supabase for database hosting). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
4. Profile Visibility
Your name, age, gender, and photo may be visible to other users who are attending the same events. You can edit or remove this information at any time in your profile settings.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on servers within the EU. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
